Emergency works are intended to make safe and prevent further damage. Permanent repairs may require follow-up visits and separate quotations.

By requesting emergency services, you acknowledge that additional charges may apply for out-of-hours, night-time, weekend, or bank holiday call-outs.

Emergency Call-Out Pricing & Terms

What counts as an emergency
Any urgent request requiring immediate attendance to prevent damage, loss of service, or safety risk.

Call-Out Rates
Rates are calculated per engineer and are based on the number of personnel required to safely and effectively complete the works.

Out-of-Hours 1700-0800

£220.00 call-out fee, includes first hour investigation /labour only

£110.00 per hour thereafter

Materials and parts and subsequent hours charged separately

Normal Working Hours 0800-1700

£110.00 iincludes 1 hours investigation and/or work

£55 .00 per hour thereafter

Materials and parts charged separately and will be due for payment immediately on completion of works

All emergency call-out fees must be paid in advance

All call-out payments are non-refundable

Attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received

Additional Charges

Labour beyond the first included hour is charged at the rates above

Materials, specialist parts, parking, waste disposal, or additional equipment are not included unless agreed in advance

Estimates

Where possible, an estimate will be given before work starts. Emergency work can uncover further issues, which may increase the final cost.

Cancellations

If a call-out is cancelled after booking or dispatch, the call-out fee remains payable and non-refundable.

Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe, clear access and a suitable working environment.
